The essence of Gendai Reiki-ho is universal life force energy, mysterious vibrations or waves of energy that have an intelligence which subtly guide everything towards love, harmony and healing. The practice of Gendai Reiki-ho can enhance our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual state of being helping us to lead peaceful, fruitful and meaningful lives. As reiki flows through us it enables the release of byosen (imbalanced energies or information stored in our bodies), allowing equilibrium within the body to be restored.
Gendai Reiki-ho healing can be received through the laying of hands on the body, or by long distance where an individual can be in a different place from the practitioner.
