Nurture Nest (2hr 2x a month)

Service Description
This is an in person or online service. Recommended if you would like to nurture and build your own nest of resources with regular support. Focusing on your needs & values, your emotional and mental state, and how you respond to relationships can help navigate towards self love and love for others and life! We will co-create and discover how you can live life more freely in the moment and be inspired to know what steps will lead to life being more wonderful for you. The package includes 2 x 2hr hour sessions a month for 4 months, with the bonus of either a). access to an online diary/form with questions that can help you monitor your progress giving me the ability to track where you are at in between sessions b). voice texting in between sessions for updates/reflections. Crystal & Reiki healing will be experienced in the sessions along with cognitive techniques/counsel & meditation.
Cancellation Policy
With Monthly Membership you can book your sessions 2 days prior to the date you book. You can cancel a session up to 24 hours before the session date. You can reschedule a session up to 24 hrs before the start time. A no - show or last minute cancellation (day of session) will be considered as if you have had the session. Cancelling membership can be done anytime, though once a payment has been accepted for that months service it is non-refundable.
